Dr. Carol is a seasoned professional in the Gospel music industry with nearly three decades of experience spanning the UK and the USA. Her career began in the fashion world,
running a plus-size modeling Agency in London. She then began to work in the music industry, running a Gospel venue in London, highlighting emerging artists. Dr. Carol
played a pivotal role at a Seattle-based record label, managing the careers of label artists. She serves as Vice Chair of the National Alliance of Gospel Music Professionals of the
Gospel Music Workshop of America, UK State President for the National Association of Gospel Radio, Arts Commissioner in Washington State, a member of the Stella Awards
Gospel Music Academy (SAGMA), a member of the Gospel Music Industry Alliance UK (GMIA) and a Grammy U Mentor with the Recording Academy.

In 2024, Dr. Carol was inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame in Missouri. Dr Carol produces an annual international event for independent Gospel and Christian
artists, fostering connections within the industry and facilitating music education. The conference alternates between the UK and the USA and beyond each year.
