Did you know that heart attack and water go hand in hand?
How many people do you know that say:
I don’t want to drink water before sleep because I have to wake up at night…?
I did not know about this!
I asked my doctor why people often pee at night. The doctor said that the gravity of the heart holds water at the bottom of the body, and when it is in an upright position, the legs swell. When you lay down that lower body (legs etc) ) is at the height of the kidney and that’s when the kidneys remove the water because it’s easier.
I knew that a minimum of water is needed to remove toxins from your body. I didn’t know that drinking water at some point maximizes its effectiveness in the body, and the right moment to drink it is:
2 glasses of water after waking up; helps activate internal organs.
1 glass of water 30 minutes before meal helps digestion
1 glass of water before bathing, helps to lower blood pressure.
1 glass of water before bed, prevents stroke or heart attack.
I might also add this: my doctor told me that sleeping water helps prevent leg cramps as well.
Leg muscles seek moisture, so cramps wake you up.
Cardiologist said to share this with loved ones, many lives could and will be saved.
