New Music from Jozee – Who God says I am

New album by Jozee – Who God Says I Am.

JoZee is an internationally recognised, award-winning singer, BMI songwriter, vocal performance coach and arranger with three prior album releases and an expansive range of professional music experience. Her journey began at age nine in her parents’ Sicilian restaurant in Chicago, where her powerful vocals and natural connection with audiences quickly emerged. She later attended Chicago’s Academy of Performing Arts High School and earned a full scholarship to DePaul University’s School of Music.

After discovering a passion for songwriting, JoZee relocated to Los Angeles. Her original songs Heavy Heart and The Call earned top honours in the USA Songwriting Competition, and Heavy Heart helped secure a major recording agreement with Quincy Jones’ Qwest Records and a publishing agreement with Warner Chappell Music. She went on to contribute vocals to major film and television soundtracks, including The Out-of-Towners, The Guardian, That Thing You Do! and Respect, while recording demos and background vocals for Whitney Houston, Cher, Jennifer Lopez, Barbara Streisand, Enrique Iglesias and other leading artists.
